Synergyk Automotive Group was created to provide the automotive industry and car enthusiasts with premium quality services. As a visionary and a talented administrator, he has created, developed and executed a wide variety of automotive training & promotional programs.

An independent business owner since 1989, Steve possesses an impressive and extensive history in the automotive field. Contracted for his talents as a product specialist, consultant, facilitator and event manager, he has successfully led teams of trainers, and has worked with a vast number of automobile and tire manufacturers on their sales, product training and customer satisfaction programs.
Both a seasoned trainer-instructor and a skilled driver, Steve has also participated in the filming of numerous television commercials and TV pilots for Canadian, British and Japanese broadcasts.

Wester owes his career as an automotive specialist and professional driver to triple F1 World Champion Jackie Stewart whom he met before earning racing championship titles in Canada and in England. The Scottish superstar tapped the young Canadian’s talent and was a driving force in Wester’s tireless effort to develop premium quality automotive training programs.
